Artificial intelligence, with its ability to analyze large-scale data, predict educational behaviors, and provide real-time feedback, enables the design of dynamic, flexible, and personalized learning environments. In such contexts, educational managers can make more evidence-based decisions, identify learners’ patterns more accurately, and align educational programs with the actual needs of learners and the requirements of educational settings. Moreover, the use of artificial intelligence offers opportunities such as resource optimization, development of intelligent assessment systems, enhancement of data-driven learning, facilitation of smart school management, and improvement of educational interactions. Despite these benefits, adaptive educational management based on artificial intelligence accompanied by serious challenges. Issues such as ethical concerns in data collection and analysis, protection of privacy, overreliance on algorithms, inequality in access to technology, limited digital literacy among managers and teachers, and insufficient technological infrastructure represent major barriers to effective implementation of this approach. Additionally, the lack of supportive macro-level policies, organizational resistance to change, and legal ambiguities related to the use of intelligent systems can further complicate the adoption of AI-based technologies. Overall, adaptive educational management in the age of artificial intelligence requires an integrated approach in which the utilization of technological opportunities accompanied by the recognition and management of ethical, organizational, and infrastructural challenges, thereby paving the way for efficient, dynamic, and learner-centered education. مدیریت آموزشی تطبیقی در عصر هوش مصنوعی به‌عنوان یکی از رویکردهای نوین تحول در نظام‌های آموزشی مطرح شده است و نقش مهمی در بهبود کیفیت، کارایی و اثربخشی فرآیندهای یاددهی–یادگیری ایفا می‌کند. هوش مصنوعی با توانایی تحلیل داده‌های گسترده، پیش‌بینی رفتارهای آموزشی و ارائه بازخوردهای لحظه‌ای، امکان طراحی محیط‌های یادگیری پویا، انعطاف‌پذیر و شخصی‌سازی‌شده را فراهم می‌سازد. در چنین محیط‌هایی، مدیران آموزشی می‌توانند تصمیم‌گیری‌های علمی‌تری انجام دهند، الگوهای یادگیری فراگیران را دقیق‌تر شناسایی کنند و برنامه‌های آموزشی را با نیازهای واقعی یادگیرندگان و اقتضائات محیط‌های آموزشی هماهنگ سازند. از سوی دیگر، بهره‌گیری از هوش مصنوعی فرصت‌هایی همچون بهینه‌سازی منابع، توسعه سیستم‌های ارزیابی هوشمند، تقویت یادگیری مبتنی بر داده، تسهیل مدیریت مدارس هوشمند و ارتقای کیفیت تعاملات آموزشی را نیز ایجاد می‌کند. با وجود این مزایا، مدیریت آموزشی تطبیقی مبتنی بر هوش مصنوعی با چالش‌هایی جدی همراه است. موضوعاتی مانند نگرانی‌های اخلاقی در جمع‌آوری و تحلیل داده‌ها، حفظ حریم خصوصی، وابستگی بیش از حد به الگوریتم‌ها، نابرابری در دسترسی به فناوری، کمبود سواد دیجیتال مدیران و معلمان، و ضعف در زیرساخت‌های فناورانه از مهم‌ترین موانع اجرای اثربخش این رویکرد به شمار می‌روند. افزون بر این، نبود سیاست‌های کلان حمایتی، مقاومت سازمانی در برابر تغییر و ابهام‌های حقوقی در استفاده از سیستم‌های هوشمند نیز می‌تواند روند استفاده از فناوری‌های مبتنی بر هوش مصنوعی را با دشواری مواجه کند. در مجموع، مدیریت آموزشی تطبیقی در عصر هوش مصنوعی مستلزم رویکردی تلفیقی است که در آن بهره‌برداری از فرصت‌های فناورانه همراه با درک و مدیریت چالش‌های اخلاقی، سازمانی و زیرساختی صورت گیرد تا زمینه تحقق آموزش کارآمد، پویا و یادگیرنده فراهم شود. /downloadfilepdf/56444
